We Are

Founded in 2024 by a group of young business experts (actuary, chartered accountant and financial engineer), ALMASI CAPITAL & ADVISORY SA (ALCA) is a brokerage firm that aims to become the champion of financial inclusion.

Through a strong corporate culture, ALCA wants to contribute to the promotion of the CEMAC financial market and offer innovative and high value-added investment and financial advisory services to resident and non-resident investors.

ALCA is approved by the Central African Financial Markets Supervisory Commission (COSUMAF) under the reference COSUMAF-SDB-01/2024

In Swahili, "Almasi" meaning diamond, is known as the "stone of invincibility." It symbolizes moral strength, courage, and immortality. This mineral, formed deep within the earth, is both pure and difficult to extract, but the most beautiful diamonds are revealed by their brilliance. This is precisely what ALCA aims to embody, as a symbol of resilience and boldness.

Green is the color of life, symbolizing nature and the earth, which hold within them the most precious diamonds. ALCA is that rare diamond we aim to unveil in the financial markets of the CEMAC region.

It represents success, passion, and achievement. Gold pairs with green for a combination of balance and strength, embodying what we aspire to represent and deliver to our clients.

Chairman of the Board of Directors

An actuary and Chartered Accountant with a degree from ISFA and IAE Paris-Est in France, Joseph has more than 20 years of international experience in financial services.
He has held the positions of Director and Chief Executive Officer of ALLIANZ Congo, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of ALLIANZ Cameroon and Head of the Finance and Risk Department at SWISSLIFE France

Ingrid OBOUH FEGUE

Chief Executive Officer

Actuary by profession, with an MSc in Actuarial Science and a Master’s degree in Economics, respectively from the University of Kent in the United Kingdom and the Toulouse School of Economics in France.
Ingrid has more than 10 years’ experience in the banking sector, where she held the position of Head of the Treasury and ALM Department at BGFIBank Cameroon

Arnold DONGMO KUETE

Commercial and Marketing Director

Manager by profession, holder of a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Management Sciences obtained respectively from the University of Dschang and the University of Douala.
Arnold has more than 10 years of experience in the banking sector where he held the position of Head of the Treasury Sales and Financial Markets Department at BGFIBank Cameroon
